Job Description
RayneMore is seeking a Human Resources Partner to provide strategic HR support to Neurodiverse/Neurodivergent individuals.
You will work remotely with possible travel into our satellite offices.
Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers on the full-cycle recruitment process for part-time and full-time, temp and intern hires throughout the country.
- Conducting skill and job specific competencies that demonstrate employee skills needed to perform the position.
- Post LinkedIn content to build our employer brand.
- Researches current trends related to internal and external Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Builds applicant pipelines to meet current and future business needs using LinkedIn recruiter and applicant tracking system.
- Conduct engagement and exit surveys to further enhance our culture in order to attract and retain staff.
- Periodically support Directors to conduct a review of all HR processes and policies to ensure all policies are equitable
- Support the planning and facilitation of Diversity and Inclusion HR communications, observances etc.
- Provide consultative expertise on employee relations matters ranging from basic to complex or high risk.
- Assist with the development and facilitation of HR-related training.
- Partner with management to develop and retain staff; and aide in succession planning to promote internal job placement.
- Assist with the annual review of the employee handbook.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations
- Minimum of 2 years working for a multi-state employer in an employee relations role
- Minimum of 2-5 years of recruitment experience
Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of federal labor laws required
- Proficient in LinkedIn recruiter
- Technical experience with an HRIS system
- Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite Excel required
- Actively engaged member of team-oriented work environment; consistently displays positive manner
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters/situations
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
